Mr. Hendricks is a Partner with Chambers Energy Management and is a member of the firm's investment committee. Mr. Hendricks has focused his career on energy finance, with experience primarily in investment banking and equity research. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Mr. Hendricks was a Director in the global oil and gas investment banking group of Credit Suisse. Mr. Hendricks joined Credit Suisse through its acquisition of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) in 2000, where he was an investment banking analyst within DLJ's oil and gas investment banking group.

During his tenure at Credit Suisse, Mr. Hendricks participated in over 75 distinct M&A, equity and debt transactions totaling more than $100 billion in value for the exploration and production sector in a bookrunner or financial advisor capacity. In addition, Mr. Hendricks was a member of Credit Suisse's U.S. exploration and production equity research team from late 2002 through mid-2005.

Mr. Hendricks holds a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University, where he attended on a full academic scholarship.
