Mr. Barrett is the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer of Chambers Energy Management and is responsible for the legal matters and the compliance program of the firm and its investment funds. Mr. Barrett has substantial experience in SEC and FINRA compliance and reporting, general counsel duties, and public and private M&A and investment transactions.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Barrett was employed at Teakwood Capital as its Managing Director - Corporate Development and at Flowserve Corporation in various roles during his tenure.

Mr. Barrett is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University and a B.A. in English from Baylor University.
