Guy Hoffman is a Senior Advisor with Chambers Energy Capital. Mr. Hoffman works closely with the investment team, providing counsel on both investment and restructuring related matters. After more than a decade of significant contributions to the firm’s development from his position as a co-founding member of its investment committee and a partner on the investment team, Mr. Hoffman retired from full-time involvement in 2020. Chambers Energy Capital expects to continue to benefit from Mr. Hoffman’s expertise, especially his financial, organizational, and restructuring acumen.
Prior to his time with the Lehman Energy Fund, Mr. Hoffman served as Vice President of Corporate Development for American Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. from 1999 to 2003 and as a Director in Enron's Capital Management Group from 1997 to 1998. Prior to Enron, Mr. Hoffman served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Mr. Hoffman holds a B.B.A. in Accounting, cum laude, from Texas A&M University and an M.A. in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
