Mr. Ewald is a Vice President with Chambers Energy Management and participates directly in the firm's investment activities including financial modeling, due diligence, structuring, negotiations, and ongoing monitoring of investments.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ewald worked as an investment banking analyst with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focused on merger and acquisition transactions and capital raising in the oil and gas industry.
 
Mr. Ewald holds an M.S. in Finance as well as a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
